IEEE/CIC ICCC 2023 calls for demo proposals for the system demo session. It will be one of the highlight events of the ICCC 2023, which aims to provide an open venue for demonstrations of prototypes and systems for the latest communication and networking technologies. Meanwhile, to better facilitate technological research and the interchange between academia and industry.
The Top 1% ~ 5% demos will be awarded a "Best Demo Award" certificate by the conference officials. A panel of judges will be selected by the conference committee and will examine the interactivity, quality and attractiveness of the demos. The expected demo categories include but not limit to:
- Live Demo: it is encouraged to set up live demo system with hardware and software at the conference venue.
- Video Demo: A video that shorter than 3mins
SUBMISSION AND PRESENTATION
The demo proposal must be submitted online via EDAS. The proposals should not exceed 2 pages (1 page is encouraged) and IEEE conference paper template is preferred. The scope should be relevance to ICCC 2023 topics including symposiums and workshops. The accepted demos will appear in the conference proceedings. The proposal should be based on real implemented system or application but not simulation or concept. The content is suggested to include:
- Title of demo.
- Names, affiliations, contact information of the authors.
- Abstract, background, technical design and at least one figure that describe the brief.
- Requirements of the physical venue such as power supplying, space/height etc.
At least one author of the accepted proposal is required to register and present the demo in-person during the conference otherwise it will be dropped. The presenter is responsible for the demonstration and equipment setup. Each demo is expected to be accompanied by a poster beside.

Authors who have submitted papers to the ICCC 2023 (including main conference, symposiums and workshops) are welcome to submitted demo proposal PARALLELLY. Please attach a brief one-page demo description to the submitted paper according to the above requirements. The demo proposals of accepted paper will be given priority for acceptance.
